I’ve just come out of a digital workshop that’s set by our course.  For this set of tutorials we’re being taught how to design layouts for websites on Photoshop.  This is quite a daunting task for me as I am very much a beginner on Photoshop (still!) but the workshops are taking it very slowly which is a lot better for me.  The techniques we are using are grids and columns to lay it all out on Photoshop, at the moment we are practising using Guardian articles to see if we can work out decent layouts all by ourselves and just to configure in our minds, how layouts work.

It’s all horribly complicated for me at the moment but things will sort themselves out in my brain very soon! Hand in is in about a fortnights time, so will post more details then (if I pass)
